📜Nutriobowl – Terms & Conditions
1. Subscriptions & Payments
•All subscription plans must be paid in advance.
•Payments can be made via UPI, Razorpay, Bank Transfer, or Cash (where available).
•Subscription once started is non-transferable.
2. Meal Delivery
•Deliveries will be made within the specified time slots.
•Customers must ensure accurate address & contact details.
•In case of missed delivery due to wrong address or unavailability, no refund will be provided.
3. Cancellations & Pauses
•Subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-way.
•Customers may pause their subscription once per month with 24-hour prior notice.
•Paused days will be adjusted at the end of the subscription period.
4. Refund Policy
•Refunds are not applicable once the subscription starts.
•In case of service disruption from our end (e.g., kitchen closure), equivalent meal credits will be provided.
5. Health & Allergies
•Customers are responsible for informing Nutriobite about any food allergies or dietary restrictions before starting the plan.
•While we take utmost care,Nutriobowl will not be held liable for allergic reactions if prior information is not shared.
6. Customization
•Custom meals are available only in Luxury Plans.
•Requests for major changes in menu/ingredients will not be entertained in Basic/Pro plans.
7. Liability Disclaimer
•Meals are designed to be balanced and fitness-friendly, but results vary by individual lifestyle & workout routine.
•Nutriobowl is not a medical provider. Customers should consult a doctor before starting any diet or fitness program.
8. Marketing & Promotions
•By subscribing, customers agree to receive updates, offers, and meal reminders via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
•Photos/videos shared with us may be used for promotional purposes (with customer consent).
